The assigned responsibilities include identifying process gaps using GOJ’s web-based Construction Management Information System (CMIS) data to propose and implement collaborative process improvements. Additionally, supporting MPWH and MoE technical counterparts in completing decision-makers’ dashboards and management reports, monitoring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and evaluating improvements related to construction site contracts, project management, quality, health, and safety.

-Developedmultiple technical proposals and methodologies in response to client RFPs.
-Attendedmeetings and conference calls for several projects to synthesize client requirements, expectations, and constraints, as well as provided technical assessment and recommendations.
-Managed the reporting process and guaranteed that reports reflect the progress of projects against intended time-constrained milestones.
-Evaluate potential risks that affect projects' implementation and plan for the most suitable response plans.
-Performedand designed integrations between information systems according to project specifications.
-Interfaced with other departments to ensure proper coordination of project deliverables and participated in identifying project risks and mitigation strategies.
