Main responsibilities & Achievements:

Successfully managing EMEA CME EPO Offshore Project. Under EMEA CME EPO Onshore Manager responsibility, CME EPO Offshore team is responsible to provide important financial report to senior Management as well as support and audit all EMEA CME project managers, especially Vodafone PMs (as VF is the biggest account in CME industry area)..
This is in addition to non Vodafone accounts, and other activities to support EMEA CME PMs in other countries when needed.
• CME EPO is considered as incubation to transfer resources from Technical to Project Management capability.
• CME EPO team consists of 11 resources. Their levels are between Senior PMs, PMs, Experts, Specialists, Analysts and associates.

Organizational initiatives active participation- over and above my main role:
1- I helped Egypt Organization in MSPS support as scheduling SME. I received thank you letters from the Delivery Manager for extra efforts done in Egypt.

2- I am participating in "Review PPM Accreditation Initiatives": handling and organizing work with PPM (Program & Project Management) Practice Leader.

3- Participating in Egypt PMTP (Project Management Training Program): Preparing and giving PMBOK sessions to help PMs get PMP certified.

4- Participated in CMMI L3 reviewing project schedules against SCAMPI B gaps for VF UK-eShop project
