Main responsibilities & Achievements:

Successfully managing EMEA CME EPO Offshore Project. Under EMEA CME EPO Onshore Manager responsibility, CME EPO Offshore team is responsible to provide important financial report to senior Management as well as support and audit all EMEA CME project managers, especially Vodafone PMs (as VF is the biggest account in CME industry area)..
This is in addition to non Vodafone accounts, and other activities to support EMEA CME PMs in other countries when needed.
• CME EPO is considered as incubation to transfer resources from Technical to Project Management capability.
• CME EPO team consists of 11 resources. Their levels are between Senior PMs, PMs, Experts, Specialists, Analysts and associates.

Organizational initiatives active participation- over and above my main role:
1- I helped Egypt Organization in MSPS support as scheduling SME. I received thank you letters from the Delivery Manager for extra efforts done in Egypt.

2- I am participating in "Review PPM Accreditation Initiatives": handling and organizing work with PPM (Program & Project Management) Practice Leader.

3- Participating in Egypt PMTP (Project Management Training Program): Preparing and giving PMBOK sessions to help PMs get PMP certified.

4- Participated in CMMI L3 reviewing project schedules against SCAMPI B gaps for VF UK-eShop project

Project Manager
 The company is a Software House with CMMI level 2. Specialized in Financial Core Banking and Business Intelligent Solutions.
 The company is using Java/J2EE Technologies.
 Reporting to the Delivery Director, I managed a team of 7 qualified developers, Tech. Leads, QA & QC Engineers.

Main responsibilities

 Member of the SEPG - Software Engineering Process Group team
 Participating in moving the company from CMMI level 2 to CMMI level 3
 Performing all the PM activities according to the CMMI2 process.
 Monitoring and controlling projects through their life cycles.
 Develop Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Deployment Plan and Schedule Resource planning
 Communicating with project team and Stakeholders
 Monitor and control changes
 Analyzing and managing projects risks and issues
 Prepare a weekly review status report for the Senior Management
 Follow up project closure procedures

My main Achievements:

 Managed two projects selected for CMMI level 3 assessment.
 Participating in management reviewing the defined processes: PM processes, Requirement Development & Management, Technical Solution.
 I am the PM of Arab International Bank "Bank Net Corporate Edition" project. This is a large pioneer project @ Intercom.
 I delivered successfully the following profitable project:
-Dallah Al Barak Islamic Bank Data Migration Project (AS400, Equation, Midas).
 I am now managing a large integrated Financial Core Banking Project:
-United Bank Middle Ware Solution & Back End solution- large integrated project (Middle Ware & Back End Core Banking system).

Manager acting as a Software Development Manager
 The company is a Software and Hardware Solution Provider.
 Reporting to the Managing Director, I managed the development team - qualified PHP & .Net developers, Team Leaders, Web Designers, System Administrator, and QC & QA Engineers.

Main responsibilities:
 Acted as a Development Manager and a Project Manager in most of the company's projects.
 In charge of holding meetings with customers and discussing pre projects and holding business analysis sessions.
 Recruited qualified candidates to join the team.
 Trained some of the team members to increase team knowledge and skills

IT Instructor
 The ITI is national institute established by the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC). It provides specialized software development programs to fresh graduates, as well as professional training programs and IT courses for the Egyptian Government, ministries, and local decision support centers.

Main responsibilities:
 I was responsible for instructing & training ITI students different Labs.
 Working as an instructor increased my instructing & communication skills.
