• Contribute to the case management file, including assessments, treatment plan and quality assurance measures (hoNOS) and client functioning scale.
• Organize the development of initial care plan for admin cases with focus on any immediate safety concerns.
• Ensure that all care plan activities have time lines and support services.
• Monitor on-going care plan development with special attention to safety issues and stabilizing the family from the effects of domestic violence.
• Conduct regular home visits to patients, families, and significant others to enable these parties, provide psycho education sessions to deal with the impact of illness on individual family functioning and to achieve maximum benefits from healthcare services.
• Monitor psychotropic consumption and report the shortage and nearly expiry date for clinic’s medications
• Enhance a collaborative relationship to maximize client’s and family’s ability to make informed decisions.
• Conduct review for appropriate utilization of services from admission through discharge/termination.
• Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided.

one year experience at KAUH, princess Basmah, Badea'a, Al-Basheer and RMS hospitals obtaining every patient's medication history and making sure s/he gets the right treatment including the drug, it's dose and duration with daily monitoring of improvement & side effects.

Health Policy Management
A 6-year program that includes: 2 years of courses on general biology, chemistry; organic chemistry, calculus, anatomy, physiology, pathology, histology and others 3 years of courses of in depth pharmacology and pharmacotherapy (CNS, RS, GITS, Oncology, CVS, Pediatrics, Women's and men's health, Endocrinology, Infectious diseases) 1 year of clinical training in different hospitals & different departments.
