A global leadership role that involves management of IELTS web-estates including two globally-run projects to create, develop and maintain IELTS websites: IELTS.org (jointly owned by British Council, Cambridge Assessment English and IDP: IELTS Australia) and TakeIELTS.org, in addition to other digital initiatives including Emblembrands.org, IELTS brand assets management solution and IELTS mobile apps.
A leading role within the MENA region (and previously within NENA region) providing leadership to all staff working in digital in 17 countries, facilitating communication, and sharing best practice. I acted as a content, analytics and social media subject matter for the region, while creating a regional hub for all digital inquiries. That’s in addition to being the regional collaboration manager for MENA managing regional intranet to facilitate internal communications within the region, and enhance exposure to the UK and other regions.
Part of the Regional Marketing and Communications team in the Middle East, managing ME portal, which was the only bi-lingual website globally.
Part of the CRM team for the biggest telecommunications company in Egypt, focusing on and targeting high value customers specifically through Vodafone One loyalty program activities and propositions.
