Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Floor charge nurse
2. Total patient handover and visit to all inpatients of the floor on daily basis and as required.

6. Monthly MIS data to maintain and information of the statistical data to the manager and the director of nursing.

10. Monthly consumption and condemnation online.
11. Provision of monthly variance report to director of nursing for the material management.
12. Provision of physical stock check report to nursing director on monthly basis with due authentications
13. Preparation of actual and proposed duty roster and provision of the same to HRD through intranet of the organization.
14. Meeting with the nursing team of subordinates once in 15 days.
15. Code blue team committee member.
16. Handling the emergencies of the floors as well as wherever required.
