Proficient analyzing of bank statements, assessing risk and evaluating credit worthiness.
•Evaluate customer profiles in line with credit policies and procedures.
•Ensure quality evaluation on all applications with the agreed TAT.
•Specialized expertise associated with credit and financial analysis use of credit scoring in Bureau.
•Recommend amendments to existing credit policy and underwriting process, commensurate with market best practices.
•Review all documentation and recommendations before final determinations are rendered. Highlight deviations and make recommendations.
•Emphasis on Nil/minimal errors.
•Calculate and track positive and negative findings in customer profile and reporting findings to management.
•Recommend and implement initiatives within the calendar year aimed at achieving error free credit appraisal as per agreed by the organization, enhanced operational efficiency, risk mitigation etc..
•Analyze credit information in order to determine risk involved in lending money to customers as per bank policy/guidelines.
Ensuring that all applications details are turned around within the specified TAT, 2 days for TML and 3 days for NTML.
•Ensure that all queries raised during analysis are solved accordingly.
•Ensure that all details declared by the customer are authentic and that credit is not granted to fictitious persons, through proper HR, Residence, Reference and Customer verification processes.
•Ensure that customer complaints are minimal via effective customer & professional approach.
•Ensure that the customers are informed about the assigned credit limit where the variance between the attached security cheque and credit limit is >30%
•Ensure that all comments attained during verification process are noted and taken on-board.
