Reporting to Payable - Finance Manager & Accounting & Treasury - Finance Manager, Corporate Services
Responsible for all the Payments approving and pay through Smartbusiness and C2pay Process .
Monthly Ageing Analysis, payments run of vendor and provide balance reconciliation.
Update Cash flow and Request for fund flow and manage and take the approval for Transfers .
Cash balance reporting including Intercompany balance outstandings, Intercompaany Payments .
Track Inter Company GL and booked, reconcile and prepare Intercompany Debit Note & AGIS.
Coordinating with different dept, analyzing variance and providing explanation.
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors. Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
Assist in Finalization of Accounts and Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping
Prepare Monthly Closing of Accounts & MIS Report.
