• Prepare the issue of all important commercial, administrative or technical documents and correspondence related to Electrical.
• In charge of all contractual negotiations with the potential Electrical sub-contractors & suppliers
• Preparation of reports concerning the progress of each project in meeting established cost and schedule targets and other contract commitments and insures that action is taken to correct off-standard performance and achieve contractual obligations.
• Selection, approvals and appointment of Design Consultants and Main Contractors.
• Control project's Cost, Time and Quality by guiding the sub-ordinates' and Contractor's personnel efficiently. To handle all changes as instructed by the Owner and coordinate with project stakeholders for flawless implementation.
• Monitor all productivity related activities of Contractors' staff and equipment on site
• Monitor and direct the quality assurance and quality control for works to be carried out as per project's contract quality requirements, Master Program and track Critical Paths and Milestones.
• Executing the Electrical work according to GFC Drawings.
• Cost Tracking, Cost Estimation and Planning.
• Prepared the Electrical Load Calculation, Electrical Layout Drawings, Single Line Diagram & Conduit Routings Using Auto CAD.
• Preparation of Bill by verifying Electrical Measurements.
• Sizing and Selection of Electrical Equipment’s like power distribution boards/ Lighting Switchboards, Transformers, D.G Set, Bus Ducts, Cables, Earth Conductor etc.
• Attending Pre-bid meetings with Clients about the tender.
• Lighting calculation, design, selection of light fixtures, Load center Lighting, External lighting design, Percentage of voltage Drop calculation.
• Power and Lighting Load determination on the basis of actual connected equipment with appropriate demand / diversity factor as per recommended standards.

• Rising of purchase requisition, work requisition, amendment of material and external MB Entry & MB certification in ERP.
