Petrofac is a world leader in Petrol & Gas facilities and infrastructure, Leader in the design and supply of height-quality, reliable and safe hydrocarbon plants. Working a Project controller for many Projects.
Role included responsibility for project reporting including Progress measurement, Progress S Curves, Manpower Histograms, Manpower plans and CTR management. Responsibility for change control management and cost control procedures, monitoring and reporting. Role also included invoicing, and cash flow management, budgeting and month end accounting.
Ensured that project schedules are prepared, recorded, analyzed, monitored and controlled against Contract requirements and ensured that final project turnover dates are within the approved Contract schedule. I have verified claimed progress against invoices and provided support to Cost Control. I have supported Project Engineers in assessment of Variations and the Project Manager for submitting claims for Extension of Time.
Ensured that assigned activities and scope of work are carried out without any significant deviations. I have always tried that my Employer's reputation is enhanced by raising Project Planning standards and proposing improvements to enhance Project Control performance. I was responsible for cost and budget control and, significantly, the design and implementation of Commodity Quantity, Purchasing and Costing Databases that significantly reduced cost coding errors.
