• Attending regular meetings ( on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Control the delivery of all the long Lead Item.
• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
• Prepare reports including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, up-coming activities.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
• Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.
• Following & coordinate all the MEP provision required with all KAFD contractors.
• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed according to specifications, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, architect representatives, subcontractors, and other disciplines to discuss plus resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
• Identify suitable construction methods based on job specifications.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Direct and supervise workers.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project.
• Selected suppliers of material and equipment.
• Supervision the leakage tests for pipelines.

• Design all kinds of HVAC systems on using HAP.
• Progress the Design Jobs with necessary Coordination with Project Architect, Structure (Civil) Engineer and with other services like Electrical, plumbing and fire fighting etc.
• Calculate/provide Electrical Engineer the complete Electrical Load for HVAC system at every stage of design for their necessary action.
• Coordinate with Architectural and structural personal for necessary Wall openings, shafts, false ceiling, raised floors etc.
• Design of Duct System for Supply/ Return air, using equal friction method.
• Design of Chillers water, condenser water piping system for supply and return.
• Make the estimate of quantities and cost for the project and prepare the BOQ.
• Submit the Design Drawings in Dubai Municipality (DM) and take approvals for the design.
• Calculate the complete Smoke Ventilation system and take approval from Dubai Civil Defence.
• Attend the client meetings for their necessary demands/comments and incorporating them.
• Implemented all aspects of plumbing design including domestic water, sanitary/grease waste systems, storm, fire protection and pumping systems.
• Selected equipment, products and fixtures required.
• Wrote, edited and reviewed specifications.
