• Ensure work is in conformance to the contract, approved plans and specifications.
• Overall supervision on all sites activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the contract specification.
• Plan, hold and record regular meetings on site with the site personnel: such as Coordination meeting and Planning meetings.
• Direct supervision, monitoring & execution of all construction site activities as per latest approved drawings ensuring all quality & safety requirements.
• Billing of concrete and steel, Rate Analysis and Cost Estimation.
• Co-ordination for Preparation of Shop drawings & As Built in office.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports and invoices for subcontractors.
• Carrying out site visits and surveys.
• Producing and processing financial measurements.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time within agreed specifications & budget.
• Involving fixing any sort of mechanical, plumbing or electrical equipments.
• Execute all type of civil works ( RC foundations, grade beams, columns, core walls, water tanks, roof slabs and finishing works )
• Scheduling Base Line, Progress Tracking, Organizing Activities, Developing and Identifying Critical Path.
• Achieving Construction Activities like Excavation, Foundation, Waterproofing, RCC and Shuttering, steel fixing, casting concrete, masonry for brick works and plastering Tile fixing Etc. up to completion.
• Following with design engineers of Architecture, and Structural Updated drawing for minor changes, as per site requirement needed and Inspection before casting Columns, Slabs, Etc…
• Looking after construction activities, making requisition and facilitating the arrangement Procurement of construction materials. Executions of civil, interior and exterior ground finish works and Site supervision.
• Inspection activities on civil works, civil erection accordance to the approved quality assurance plan.
• Inspection of QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct daily surveillance and civil works inspection in accordance to approved plans and standards.
• Check and monitoring all incoming materials utilization with vendor’s approvals as per client’s standard.
• Inspection of concrete before pouring, Witnessing quality testing on site.
• Supervision for all construction activities including estimating costing for steel and concrete works.
• Check plumbing for sanitation works and check radius, wall thickness as per the drawing.
• Studying Structural drawings and execution on site.
Training in Naje El Ali Company where our work concentrated on finishing of tiles, false ceilings, and stairs, Also supervision on all installed materials at the site with respect to dimensions and location like putting axis for concrete and finishing works
