Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
Assist in establishing departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals. Assist in developing the Annual Manpower Plan and Manpower Budget in close coordination with Department Heads and the President. Identify key skills, specialty skills, and propose training needs accordingly.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee-related databases. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, salary deductions, salary increases, and absenteeism rates.
Manage all business travel arrangements, including booking tickets, handling embassy communications, and issuing visit visas and international insurance. Responsible for payroll administration and ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations.
Recruitment / Onboarding:
Maintain an up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database, and all related staffing communication.
Employee Relations/Performance Management:
Coordinate with departments for monthly and mid-year performance appraisals for eligible employees.
Manage employee files, access cards, and attendance records. Prepare certifications for medical/health contributions, account openings, insurance, etc. Work out bonuses/promotions for employees based on the Performance Management System (PMS)
Client Management :
Establishing and nurturing strong, positive relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty. Quickly identifying and resolving issues or challenges that clients face, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR function within a reputed organization.
Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors' In Business Administration 2017 (BBM)
Sap, Sap Success Factor, HRMS, HRM, RAMCO, ERP, POWER BI
