Professional experience working in the Human Resources and Administration career with professional certification i.e. SHRM -, Policy & Procedure, Recruitment, Manpower plan, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Interior Relations, Planning, labor law, Ministries procedures and Health & Safety procedures. I have worked in several organizations varying from Real State Development, Oil & Gas, Logistic, Construction and Educational Consultancy.
- Participate effectively in setting the short and long term strategies and action plans for the entire Co, reporting directly to the CEO.- Supervision and management of manpower plan for the whole company. Review and update job description. Manage the Payroll and leaves.
- Recruit and talent source calibers throughout different resources and retain talents for all levels of positions.
Mange and updated the manpower. Assist Human Resources executives and follow up with team. Provide payroll & overtimes informatio.plus following up with time and attendance records .Process documentation (salary certificates, experience certificates, performance evaluations. etc.) Entering basic data on our SAP system. Mange and follow- up all staff residencies
