Directing outdoor sales team.
* FMCG & whole sellers accounts.
* Assessing local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales
opportunities and develop forecast plans, financial objectives
* Managing sales & collections and related sales services of all Divisions of
the Branch namely, Professional salon Division (including Showroom),
Pharmacy & Consumer Divisions and the related administrative affairs,
considering it as a Profit Centre and ensuring very good profitability in line
with the Group's performance criteria and prevailing market conditions.
* Developing and implementing sales targets and plans
* Consistent a steady growth of the Branch in terms of increase in Sales every
year, which should be exceeding the market standards (minimum of 10%
growth to be ensured, every year) and maintain a good percentage of Net
Profit, which should not be less than the previous year's Net Profit
percentage, by efficient and effective operational standards and controlling
the expenses to the Budgetary limits.
* The Net Profit is calculated after deducting all expenses (paid and accrued)
and making provisions for bad & doubtful debts, slow-moving goods etc.
* Ensuring that all areas of work performance or departments are properly
staffed and directed.
* Training, coaching and leading the team of sales personnel as required in
the local market conditions.
* Taking the responsibility to provide orientation and evaluation
* Recommending desirable changes in the policies and goals of the branch
* Communicating effectively with other branches and senior managers on
effective practice as per business opportunity and needs.
* Managing the branch and ensure the company profile standards which
comply with government regulations.
* Maintain and enforce personnel policy.
* Ensuring the staff keeping of company assets including structures,
equipment, inventory and cash.
* Taking prompt corrective actions as needed.
* Achieving goals, objectives of the branch
* Ensuring follow up company policies and procedures.
* Arrange to pay/settle all the Suppliers/Creditors Bills fully within the Credit
period agreed with the Supplier or as per LPO.
* Promotions, schemes, liquidation of slow/non-moving stock, help in the
procurement and ensuring the availability of all required stock as per the
Purchase Forecast made & approved at the Annual Forecast & Budget meet
for individual Brands and co-ordinate those activities with the concerned
Managers/Staff.
* Lunch new outlets & whole sales channels domestics’ \ abroad.
