Planning of production schedule according to customer demands Vs. production capacity through SAP.
•Provide technical support for production team such as: production line balancing, increase of line efficiency and process yield, Safety and ergonomics, etc.
•Monitor and review machine condition to report to Engineering department through Service Request program
•Develop production analysis: Line & manpower balancing & OEE Standard
•Core implementer of GMP, and other Regulations for Food Safety Management System
•Core implementer and initiator of Industrial Safety based OSHA and IOSH Standard
•Review processes and machines for further improvement and to ensure Optimum output and cost effectiveness
•Support Engineering department in troubleshooting by providing root cause analysis

• Planning of production schedule according to targets (Incentive Program) & demands
• Planning of manpower schedule according to skills and capacity
• Monitor and review production capacity based on resources and seek possible improvement
• Core implementer of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Devise disciplinary action program to maintain smooth production operation
• Core implementer of Industrial Safety (OSHA). ans ensure Industrial safety standards are followed all through out the production and maintenance process
• Supervise in troubleshooting of machine

Supervises all production activities in all processing lines necessary for the timely and effective processing and packaging of products for the shift (work orders) that consistently meet quality, cost and volume objectives and in the manner that do not adversely affect the employees and environment, in compliance with approved SOP's, Work Instructions, GMP, Food Safety Management System and Food Safety System Certification

•Total Preventive Maintenance Category Leader (Process and Bottling line
