Checking the Quality of the blank Plastics received from the Vendor,
Liaising with marketing unit for the fresh or new artwork (new design)
Liaising with Visa and Master card for the product approval.
Sending the pre-shipment samples to Visa approval.
Daily production and dispatch volumes and planning for the day

Ensure the production machine (data card 9000) works smoothly without any issues
Shredding of emboss damaged cards under dual custody.
Checking Audit trial of Data card 9000 and tallying the actual cut cards vs. the report.
Ensure budgets are managed effectively and timely deliveries within costs are achieved
Coordinate end to end product development discipline in alignment with Marketing, Legal Compliance and Audit
-Identify and address customer needs and expectations and ensure products are effectively
-Understand customer behavior and take corrective measures
-Work with MasterCard / VISA or any other 3rd parties on various related products
-Work with various process management areas e.g. IT for system enhancement
Manage relationships with business partners for smooth and flawless execution of projects and initiatives
Lead team member and cross functional team to achieve product and profit objectives-
Ensure close interaction with all distribution channels and ensure effective training
Work closely with Loyalty Management, Portfolio Management, Sales Distributions Channels -To ensure optimum product penetration and maximum product profitability
-Identify development areas and lead own learning and development
-Draw up a detailed project plan related to the products. Lead the efforts and involvement of various units and ensure successful launch of products
Obtain approvals from approving authorities, Ensure compliance to Bank policies and procedures as well as to local and international regulations necessary
