•Checking of all the Engineering exam results (Online and Performance Test) both Academic (English, Math & Health & Safety) and Technical program (Electrical, Instrumentation, Operations, Mechanical, Pipefitting & Welding) manually and arrange it sequence according to their specialization.
•Prepare the test results forms either Initial test, Make up test or Re test base on the program, unit number, unit title/subject and date of exam.
•Monitoring and invigilating Engineering students in the LXR testing room and strictly implementation of rules and policy while test is ongoing.
•Uploading all tests in the LXR server room.
•Read the Online Test Briefing in each session of the test.
•Encode the Engineering exam results to the Assessment test form as well to the data base correctly base on the grades results both academic and technical.
•Analyzing Failure Assessment progress reports and Coordinate to Quality Assurance Unit Supervisor, Engineering Technical Training Manager (TTM) and Engineering Technical Senior Instructors.
•Informed Quality Assurance/Assessment Supervisor for any correction or pending papers.
•Handed the results to the concerned person for signature (Senior, TTM, CAU Manager, DOT
and Quality Assurance Manager).
•Coordinate the results to respective Engineering Senior Instructors along with all concerned QA Analyst for records
•Daily Log sheet, In and Out for Engineering Performance test.
•Annually Internal Quality Audit review for Quality Assurance ACCET documentation.
•Students Engineering registration for Level 3 Engineering program accredited by City & Guilds in each specialization (Electrical, Operations, Mechanical, Pipefitting & Welding).
•Completing the Engineering PEO certificate claims form for PAA\VQ Level 2 NVQ program with student’s information and submitted to Quality Assurance Certification Unit Supervisor.
•Creating an accurate Engineering database according to the credit hours approved for new intake.
•Tracking of all data both Academic and Technical Engineering Accumulative grades to produce Transcript of records database and diploma information.
•Producing the Transcript of records and Diploma for all graduated Engineering students and handed over to SPSP Student Affairs Representatives.
•Weekly documentation for Performing Engineering Operations and Specialized Awards tracking documents and Advisors Appointment records for students.
•Facilitate and providing the Quality Assurance and Certification weekly communication meeting agenda and recording all the important issues discussed in the meeting.
•Preparing folders for the new Engineering Students and transfer all the old files to archive division.
•Producing all the Certificates for High Achievers in GPA, Perfect attendance and Performance per trimester base on the lists submitted by each Engineering Department, Academic and Technical.
•Maintain filling of documents records (Electronics Filing System and Manual Documentation).

•Gathering and preparing of daily registry attendance of the Trainees from Engineering Technical Training Instructors.
•Checking of all the attendance manually and arrange it sequence according to their specialization.
•Informed the concerned Instructor’s for any correction and pending of the attendance.
•Encode the attendance to the Data Base correctly base on the attendance submitted by Instructor’s.
•Daily report of Trainees deficiency (exceeding absent hours) and attendance to concerned person as well as to the Engineering Senior Instructor’s, Technical Training Manager and Admin. Supervisor.
•Proper issuance of Warning Letters to the Trainees whose exceed the minimum absent hours such as First Warning, Final Warning and Final Drop.

•Validating (deduction of absent hours) of Excuse absent for those trainees have a valid Certificate of absent and handed to concerned Counselor for approval of Training Manager.
•Maintain filling of documents for records.
•Preparing and collecting of Monthly Time sheet of the staff.
•Assisting the Engineering Instructor’s such as photocopying, scanning, material request and other administrative job.

MIS Data Encoder and Operation Administration at Certis Guarding Services

•Collection of daily attendance from Operation Supervisor.
•Checking of all the attendance manually and arrange it wisely and accordingly. Informed the concerned Supervisor for any missing attendance.
•Encode the attendance to the Core System correctly base on the attendance and informed the Supervisor for any correction.
•Inform the Head of Operation/Operations Manager as well as the Finance Manager once the attendance finished encoding to the system.
•Preparing the Warning Letters to the guard as per instruction from Operations Manager.

•Follow up for any new arrival \[security guard\] from Human Resources \[HR\] to make profiles of the guards with the attached of passport, visa copies and other related documents.

•After approval from Operations Manager send request to Dubai Police Coordinators for guards going for Training Course.
•Weekly follow up to the Finance for cheque payments.
•Arranging Cash Advance request submitted to Ops Admin. For new arrivals.
•Follow up the training result and Certificate to Dubai Police Coordinator.
