Role and Responsibilities:
Detect identify and react to abnormal conditions that may develop into emergency situations.
Maintain high standard of housekeeping in areas of responsibility and platform in general.
Identify variations in production plant performance and effectively address each situation.
Properly document and accurately report all operational readings, adjustments, and inspections.
Prepare all permits for designated areas of responsibility.
Undertake training as offered by the Company to expand competency.
Assist in ensuring the integrity of the installation Permit to Work System from a Production perspective.
Ensure that all activities comply with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, and that personnel and the environment are not subjected to situations of unacceptable risk.
Assists in the management of any emergency situation, which may arise offshore in accordance with Company Emergency Response Procedures and performs nominated tasks in the Emergency Response team.
Participates in HAZOP’s.
Performs all safety checks and process isolations. Drain, purge as required. Monitor safety in all plant areas.
Isolates, secures and operates plant systems during emergencies as directed and remain mobilised to assist start up as required.
Demonstrates a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
Apply Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems.
Job Role: Production Monitoring & Optimization
• Maintaining Process parameters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level.
• Operations of Glycol Flash tank (Rich Glycol, Gas & Liquid hydrocarbon) Cleaning and Replacing filter cartridge of Glycol Sock Filter and Charcoal Filter.
Operations of Lean/ Rich Glycol Heat exchanger.
• Operating Dehydration Unit, Amine Unit.
• Charging Glycol, Amine, Therminol & few other more chemicals in their tanks on a regular basis.
• Operations of Pumps & Compressors.
• Strainer cleaning, Level Gauge Cleaning, Pump change over.
• SSSV, SSV & Well Control Panel Operations.
• Gas Lift Operations & Well Testing.
• Multi Phase Flow Meter Operations.
• SSSV, SSV Leak Test, Choke Operations & Chemical Injection Operations.
