As BPM Consultant I am involved in the EESSI project which aims to develop a solution to implement EC Regulations 883 and 987: the objective of which is to guarantee the effective exercise of the free movement of persons, at Community level. These regulations outline the rules on the coordination of Member States’ social security systems, specifying the measures and procedures for implementing them and simplifying them for all the players involved.
As BPM Consultant I am responsible for Functional Analysis & Design of the agreed Business Requirements using a Business Process driven approach in compliance with CEAF, an EC proprietary Enterprise Architecture framework.
The DG Secretariat General is in the process of a major IT Rationalization initiative. In the domain of EU Law application the existing IT systems are modernized and integrated with other systems using a BPM-Driven SOA approach.
My activities vary from project management, BPM/SOA architecture, Ux support, lead analysis and service design activities, testing and quality.
I oversee the correct application and implementation of service-oriented design principles using a combination of RUP and SCRUM methodologies, ARIS BA and the Oracle product stack: BPM Suite 11g, AIA 11g and ADF 11g.
Successfully applied AIA integration patterns for systems, data and internationalisation.
Effectively managed BPM activities for the Business Corner 2 Pilot project at Infrabel Brussels,
Interfaced between client and project team, and successfully led business analysis and business process management activities.
Played a pivotal role in the BC2 Pilot project (a foundation for an application modernization and integration project) using Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies like ADF, Webcenter and BPM Suite.
Managed BPM activities for Central Bank Nigeria in Abuja - trained & coached the Strategy & Performance Department in applying BPM and using Oracle BPA Suite 11g for documenting business processes - presented a roadmap to get from business processes to a service oriented architecture implementation using the Oracle product stack.
Managed BPM Consulting activities for Audi Saradar Private Bank and BLC Bank in Beirut
(1) Trained the IT and Organization departments in BPM using the ARIS Business Designer ans Business Architect software modules.
(2) Coached and guided the Organization department in a top-down mapping of the bank´s process areas. Applied Enterprise Architecture best practices and delivered Process View, Organization View, IT Landscape, Product & Services View, and Data View using ARIS.
Performed following trainings for clients across Europe: sites varied from Lebanon, Holland, UK, and Switzerland. Facilitated workshops in which the following topics were elaborated
(1) BPM & coached in applying BPM, using Oracle BPA Suite 11g for managing business processes,
(2) service oriented computing and applying SOA, using Oracle SOA Suite 11g for implementing service oriented architectures,
(3) OO A&D using UML, trained the application of use case modeling, a methodology to advance from requirements to realization using specific implementation patterns.
Managed Functional & Technical Analysis and Project Management activities for integration projects using Open Source Tools & Technologies, Open Standards and Service Oriented Design Principles.
Managed Service Oriented Analysis and Design activities on integration projects using Oracle BPA Suite 10g & 11g (ARIS BA & BD) on multiple, simultaneous Web 2.0 projects for several “beleidsdomeinen” of the Flemish Government.
