Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features.
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications.
• Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements

• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Taking inbound calls regarding residential bills.
• Correspond with customers to resolve billing issues and queries.
• Resolve all accounts within give time frame.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording
details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions
taken.
• Review of payment history to reconcile individual billing accounts
• Initiate and perform additional billing responsibilities to meet set goals.
• Verify billing information accuracy and revise errors.
Communicate regularly via telephone and email with customers, peers
and branch personnel.
• Save accounts when customers are looking to cancel their service.
• Solve customer problems, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and offer
new products and services.
• Identify and resolves customer issues through
creative sales techniques.
• Exercise creative negotiation and sales technique to motivate
customers to continue using the service and product.
• Sell additional or upgraded services, while providing a
quality customer experience.
• Support marketing department by performing telephone surveys.
Answering telephones and referring callers to staff members or taking
