He manages and supervises a team of Engineers, Financial experts and Project Management throughout major projects in the area.

Teaches Strategy Planning, Conflict Resolution, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Finance and Management for graduated students.

Responsible for planning, coordination, monitoring and execution of all activities, projects, services related to the Air operations of the Venezuelan Air Force, including risks management, budget, staffing and development, and aviation education and training.
