Develop, implement, and review the HSS Management System
Oversaw the sites adherence and Compliance to all Safety, Health related legislation.
Ensure that arrangements are in place to make the Site Management, Line Managers at all levels and Specialist
staff aware of legal obligations relating to HSSE Risks.
Directed and trained specialized Emergency response groups dealing with HSSE, such as Fire team, First aid
team, Hazardous material group and Evacuation team, Process Risk assessment team.
Provide advice, guidance and support to the sites and monitor compliance with Company Policies and legislative
requirements.
Ensure that annual HSSE Objectives and Targets are set, agreed, and measured considering the Division.
Lead the Risk assessment activity which include but not limited to, Pipe line launching, Workplace Safety, JHA,
Road Safety, Accommodation safety and Building life cycle etc.
Develop the Division HSSE Plan taking these HSSE Objectives and Targets into account.
Develop and conduct the Trainings as per Training need analysis.
Develop and Implement the Behavioral basis safety Management System to increase the line management and all
level staff involvement in the Safety.
Introduce the Change management system in Safety; in which area owners take the ownership of their area and
employee’s safety, also employees take the responsibility of their own and their colleague’s safety.
Launched the Safety awareness campaign’s which play a vital role in the employee’s involvement and motivation
and reduction in overall accidents.

Weekly inspection of all the fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a
record fortheir service and expiry date. Check the physical condition of each fire extinguisher and
pressure.
Provide safety training and awareness to the employees.
Remain at the site until the day finish and monitor& take care of all of worker activities.
Inspection of grinding, cutting, welding, portable, lifting and handling tools etc. prior to job.
Conduct Tool Box talk (TBT) daily, weekly & monthly at the site and submit report to the client on
daily basisand also maintain a record for company manpower.
Checking Permits for activities and fulfilling safety requirement as per every permit.
Ensure that work is going safely and report to the HSE Manager of the area.
Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site and to follow the waste segregation
scheme.
Creating Safety Awareness among Employees and educate them on Safety Matters.
Safety induction of the new employees.
