File management and manage day to day administrative tasks
Keeping, filling and updating all employees profiles
Organize and supervise all of the administrative and logistic activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Replying and answer calls in formal manner.
Maintaining Tel / Cards / contact person into database.
Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, powerpoint.
Sending / Receiving Emails .
Greating visitors and clients and provide support for them.
