Responsibilities
- Review and manage customers’ enquiry process into a cost reasonable solution.
- Study bid requirements and integrate a control system that includes all levels of automation (SCADA, PLC and field instrumentation).
- Select proper PLC controller (SIEMENS Families) with accordance to requirements.
- Select proper process instrumentation of various types (Flow, Level, …etc ), techniques (ultrasonic, electromagnetic, …etc) with accordance to requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
- Develop costing as a part of quotation process.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers.
- Prepare customized service contracts based on client needs.
- Provide technical support data for sales, and marketing teams and help negotiate technical issues at customer level.
- Prepare and produce monthly bid summary for management team.
- Provide pre & after sales technical support for customers.
