• Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast the company's financial status
• Produces and manages balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses
• To reconcile all balance sheet monthly with correct back-up
• To prepare Owners reports monthly and as and when required

• To run meetings, including monthly Profit & Loss Review
• To prepare monthly forecasts and present for approval
• Prepared monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statement
• To ensure that all Marriott policies are fully adhered to, including Segregation of Duty
• Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization
• To ensure that the bank accounts are run correctly and reconciled daily
• Assists with preparations for audits
• Supporting the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization
• Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances
• Ensures compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations
• Uses accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports
• Delegates accounting tasks to junior accounting staff
• Coordinates with and prepares reports for CFO and management
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling accounts
• Responsible for reviewing and approving all capital and inventory purchases and supported fixed assets audit
• Ensured invoices were received and posted by the day of close, which kept salesperson commissions on target per daily reports.
