Implement an integration solution to help shipping agencies to send manifest to customs.

Team leader for integration team supervise on integration solution starting from analysis,
design, development, test and operation.

2. “E-payment Application “
Client:
Damietta Port Authority and National Bank Of Egypt.
Scope of the Project:
Implement an integration solution to send customer’s invoices automatically to the bank and notice of payment to port authority.

January 2010 - Currently

Team leader for integration team supervise on integration solution starting from analysis,
design, development, test and operation.

Develop an integration solution to integrate all port community entities.

Role in the Project:
Junior then Senior Software Developer and Application Engineer in Integration Team. shares
in the following phases:

Analysis and Design Phase
- Analysis and Design of port automation work flow.
- Study of integration automation requirements to integrate all parties who share with port in the process with Alexandria port.
- Training the team with the tools used in the implementation.

Implementation Phase
- Develop integration and message exchange services between different parties.
- Develop administration application for integration services.
- Supervising of team training and train the users and operation engineers.
- Administrate Integration Tools.

Operation and Performance Tuning Phase
- Includes operation test for 6 months.
- Operate the integration services.
- Performance tuning Phase under supervision of foreign consultants.
