The primary function of this position is delivering fantastic customer service by solving customers' queries and optimising their newly acquired AdWords accounts, Focusing on small to medium companies that can benefit from Web-based advertising (AdWords) and grow revenue by upselling new products and features.
I worked in Beatrice’s Translating and Tour Guiding in Dublin as a translator and administrator assistant.
This was part of my college Internship programme. My roles and duties were as follows:
-Customer Service
-Handled bookings
-Dealt with queries by phone, letter, and email
-General Administration support- updating client records/files
