• Customer & Vendor follow-up by fax/mail. Send mail with courier, Pick up mail and distribute, Arrange meetings as requested, Assist the supervisor and managers in the variety of letters, Schedule appointments, Responsible for whole reservation in both airlines & hotels, Responsible for company guests reservation, General Office Administration.
• Organizing meeting (Cycle Meetings for Alex. & Delta areas)
• Managing Schedules and Calendar of the Manager.
• General office management duties.
• Handling all sales related issues ( In & Out )
• Filing, Typing, e-mail, faxes, follow-up, Posts by courier
• Monthly Reports for Alex. and Delta areas.
• Conference Organizer
• Reservation, Group Meeting & hotel accommodations.
• Samples and Medicine Stores movement (In and Out)
• Staff Requirements (HR, Holidays, Clinic, Marketing, Stationary…)
• Leaves requisitions and attendance cards
• Coordination between the manager and the staff from one side and the manager and clients and external contacts on the other side.
• Managing petty cash flow & sales force expenses (Personal, Business and office)
• Managing all business trips arrangements.
• Responsible for preparation and arrangement of meeting (Cycle, Group, A/V).
