• Assisting in the short listing of suitable candidates from applications.
• Setting up disciplinary and grievance meetings.
• Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes Providing transactional HR support across all processes Maintaining employee records.
• Organizing and rolling out staff training initiatives. Conducting inductions for new employees
• Writing job specifications and designing job adverts.
• Conducting pre-employment checks on job applicants i.e. references, medical approval, academic etc Payroll preparation &maintaining HR policies of Time attendance.
• Process employee vacation, ticket booking through travel agents and exit re-entry visa issuance.
• Handle HRDF subsidy programs and Tamheer for hiring new trainees.
• Communicate with international agencies.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
• Host and participate in job fairs
• Follow up with candidates throughout hiring process
• Maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Onboarding tasks(medical checkup, designation, prepare contracts, verify certificates.
• Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as.
• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform all duties within regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
• Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
