- Register The New Joiners of employees In The I-System
- Inter The Data & Information of the employees in the I-system.
- Organized the Files, Private Documents of the employees.
- Make Follow up for the missing Documents.
- Doing the Legal Contract for the Employees.
- Doing The Experience Letter & Letters definition.
- Work of the job description for employees.
- Register the Company & the New employees in HRDF.
- Responsible for all trainees program.
- Drafting Legal letters of warning and an Termanation Employment & end services
- Asking me in Some Legal issues & to Cheack up the Contracts & the Quotations.
- Manage the Vacations in Excell Sheet
- Asking me for a legal advice such as (Termination Employees, some Case in
Labour Law, to do a research about (Over time for the employees& the Vacations of them)
- Do a Consellar tree for the Employees
- Make a (CIRCULAR) for Office Hours During Ramadan & Eid for all Staff
Members.
- Do the a Leave Form for the employees for the Vacations & manage them on
Vacations so (all the Employee at any point can check with HR on his/her balance for leave (annual, study, maternity, etc) for planning to take it & - updated Leave balance On the date of return to not affect the salary payments.
- make an easy work to deal and manage with the payroll sendthem the all informations
