• Handle promotion cycle and salary adjustments.
• Set and negotiate appropriate package for internal movement based on their experience and maintain the internal equity
• Responsible for handling international mobility cases
• Participate in preparing the annual budget
• Working on the monthly transactions payroll
• Participate in annual salary surveys and seminars, study and conduct various complex analysis for top management to base decisions for the annual plan.
• Prepare Compensation Dashboard to be presented to the board of directors and HR team
• Participate in annual merit increase and bonus scheme
• Review and update compensation policy
• Manage the process of employees' termination and resignation
• Handle outsourcing & freelancing process
• Maintain an accurate record of the employees’ data
• Handle Medical and Social Insurance
• Handle the vacation system
• Responsible for the on-boarding process starting from preparing the employment contract, orientation, opening bank account, medical insurance and etc.
• Responsible for social insurance "Form 1, 2 and 6"
• Handle Medical cycle "Additions, deletions, claims and utilization"
• Introduce new benefits programs to company employees
• Coordinate with the employee to enroll in the company benefits program with external providers through acting as a liaison between both parties
• Respond to employee requests and inquires related to the different benefits program
• Maintain an accurate record of the employees’ job titles and reporting structure
• Update the employees’ vacation balances on monthly basis
• Manage end of year vacation balances’ rolling over
• Control the approval of sick leaves, exam days, and any days given other than scheduled & casual
• Help payroll team
• Market salary survey
• Handle the outsourcing and freelancing process
• Manage the process of employees' termination and resignation
• Maintain and update the employees' files in the company and HRIS system on a monthly basis
• Issue the employees' experience certificate and HR letters
• Assist in developing HR policies and processes related to the compensation and benefits function
• Ensure all C&B policies and processes are frequently updated and accurately applied
• Help and support my team.
