-Assist in preparing feasibility studies.
-Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of various departments to enhance speed, quality and output.
-Prepare departments' progress reports.
-Supervise company's crowdfunding website.
-Supervise company's magazine.
-Provide general administrative support and opinions.
-Other duties as assigned.
o Daily bookkeeping of the branches’ revenues and expenses.
o Assist in the preparation of employees’ payroll records.
o Monthly inspection of the branches’ inventory and determine the deficit if found.
o Handling Souq and Jumia accounts.
o Update financial data in the accounting system database.
o Weekly reports on the branches and employees performance.
o Keep track on the product’s sales movement and preform goods movements between branches to achieve customer satisfaction and max profit.
o Auditing previous months accounts on branches’ sales.
Duties:
o Bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions of the showroom.
o Help prepare necessary reports requested for auditing.
o Update accounts receivable and issue invoice.
o Work with vendors regarding invoicing and payments.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
GRADE: Very good with the honor class
