Cross Functional Training to learn the dynamics of an FMCG industry - worked with Sales & Trade Marketing Teams.
• Conducting Point of Purchase visits to maintain client relationship and ensuring proper implementation of MSL, POSM (danglers, shelf danglers etc.) and CATMAN(Planogram) initiatives.
• Analysing Operational issues with regards to distribution to modern trade outlets.
• Preparing DSRs for various clients, updating commission and target sheets. Sending stock updates as and when needed by clients.
• Assisting in coordination of sample approval from principals and various other departments within the organization.
Part of the 27km long Baggage Handling System site team at Midfield Terminal Building project, Abu Dhabi Airport.
Reducing delays at site by helping in the procurement and withdrawal of the materials from the logistics department and keeping the concerned departments updated.
Coordinating with the QA/QC department to conduct checks for quality assurance and deliver the Beumer standards as promised to the main contractors.
Coordination of various electrical activities at site which include cable trunking, cable pulling, helping in ensuring proper connections from power panels to power boxes, power distribution panels to power panels, switch gears to power distribution panels and from power boxes to CrisBag conveyor elements.
Helping in reducing clashes in drawings between the head office and site offices by liaising with the site supervisor and taking their inputs and assistance when needed.
Preparing weekly progress reports and maintaining KPI database for the electrical part of Crisbag conveyor system.
Preparing conveyor labels, tags for the electrical and mechanical department for the entire baggage handling system.
Helping the commissioning team in the testing and pre-commissioning phases moreover troubleshooting the faults in different equipment.
Actively participating in project scheduling and budgeting and also identifying areas and tasks to be allocated to the site supervisor which in return would help in acquiring more progress.
Filing of Projects for Middle East excluding Saudi Arabia. Sorted all the contracts and project details country wise, year wise etc.
Preparing transformer uprating sheets for customers based on several parameters like Hotspot Rise Temperature rating, High voltage / Low Voltage Bushing Rating etc.
