Look after overall management of the Company
Look after overall management of Lahore Division Cattle Market Management Company.
* Export of red meat to Saudi Arabia
* Supervise animal buying, negotiation, quality, supply chain and dispatch
* Handle financial matters with the animal & service suppliers and customers
* Cost control measures and profitability analysis
* Take wastage control measures and manage shrinkage
* New product development and sampling
* Supplier development for specific products
* Farms visit, registration and contract finalization

* Responsible for the working of the Industrial Node established in the Secretary Industries Department, Punjab.
* Close liaison with Secretary Industries extending support regarding different projects initiated for the Industrial sector,
devising Industrial policy, establishment of Special Economic Zones, CPEC etc.
* Supervise Census of Manufacturing Industries (CMI 2015-16).
* Give technical input to Industries department regarding improvement in specific industrial sectors including food,

engineering and others.
* Developed Analytical framework for analyzing CMI data based on PSIC (Pakistan Standard Industrial Classification) codes.
* Conduct quality assurance of the CMI data.
* Proposed the concept of development of Industrial Parks / Industrial Cities keeping in view the natural strengths of the area
like Halal Industrial Parks, Medical City, Electronics Good City, Food Processing City etc.
* Worked on the development of Private Industrial Estate Rules, 2018.
* Conducted consultative workshops with Govt. departments and private stakeholders.
* Analyzed high value export items and developed report suggesting improvement in the overall export sector
• Involved in the installation of modern abattoir with 100 tons capacity per day boneless meat.
• Designed Lairage area for holding 2500 big and 4000 small animals.
• Control overall operations of the Abattoir including lairage management, by-products, rendering plant, Quality Assurance activities, testing laboratory etc.
• Review and monitor SMART objectives of the Operations and QA division.
• Close coordination and working with Foreign Consultants regarding plant operations, performance tests, training of operational staff, plant maintenance & stock levels of critical parts.
• Budget preparation keeping in view OPEX and CAPEX requirements.
• Take cost control measures for energy conservation and reduction in overheads.
• Develop & implement Quality & Food Safety Management System at the abattoir for Certifications and International approvals.
• Devise training plan of Operations and Quality Assurance division.
• Close working with IT department for computerization and development of reporting and traceability system.
• Prepare business plans for export of meat and by-products.
* Developed and implemented operational system of the abattoir from animal receiving till product dispatch including
traceability requirements.
* Handle all operations aspects of the abattoir and ensure occupational health and safety requirements are fulfilled.
* Evaluate and approve all purchases and ensured optimum stock levels of stores and spares.
* Implement cost control measures, negotiations with suppliers and troubleshooting through team work.
* Make sure preventive maintenance of the abattoir is done properly for smooth operations.
* Started meat export to Middle East countries.

* Developed Quality and Food Safety Management System of the Abattoir for certifications & different country’s approval.
* Worked on livestock management to enhance procurement capability like “save the calf” and “feedlot fattening” projects.
* Prepare business plans for new projects.
* Handle external audits and fulfill their regulatory requirements
* Managing and controlling P&L of Fresh Food Division (Meat, Fish, F&V, Dairy, Deep Frozen & In-store Bakery).
* Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures in Fresh Division.
* Ensure effective loss prevention measures in Fresh division.
* Negotiate with key suppliers to get optimum benefits for the company.
* Close interaction with HoReCa customers, review assortment as per customer needs, and provide solutions.

* Store inspections, supplier audits & handle customer complaints.
* Approve suppliers of ultra-fresh products especially abattoirs and processing units.
* Product definition in coordination with buying teams.
* Implement "Self Control System Manual" of Metro Group at all stores covering product inspection, hygiene &
sanitation and other operational requirements.
* Liaison with Certification Bodies, testing laboratories & legal authorities for training, auditing & inspection.

Provided management consultancy services on ISO 9000, ISO 14000, SA 8000, Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP), Product Certification (CE Mark), & HACCP. Have worked for renowned brands and companies which
include: Hush Puppies, Haier Pakistan, Balochistan Glass Limited, Bannu Woollen Mills, Salman Food Products,
Master Sanitary Wares, Punjab Sugar Mills, Phalia Sugar Mills, Husein Sugar Mills, Amjad Textile Mills, Rahimbaksh
Group, Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, IHSAN Sports etc.
* Approved Auditor of Australian Certification Body Quality Assurance Services (QAS) Australia.
Supervising the Northern Region, Introducing new products of the Company and give technical guidance to the
consultants and the companies regarding management standards including ISO 9000, ISO 14000, SA 8000, CE
Marking, GMP, and human resource management. Have lead a team of consultants, conduct audits and give technical
guidance to the Companies as required.
