• Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Make sure that inventory is managed with efficient manner. Example- By keeping the warehouse neat and properly and systematically arranged.
• According of transaction as and when the material dispatched
• Delivery of materials at site based on the instruction and according to the approval from the responsible authorities.
Keep the record of the charges, their weights and all the data about the modes of transports used to handle the container.
Analyze all the merchandise when the transport finally arrives, to see if there is, anything damaged or if there are differences between the order and the received goods.
Prepare all the necessary documents, route materials, some specific orders for shipping, some work orders and even the bill of lading.
Ensuring all the Containers in the Sequence list are Loaded as pre-planned by the planners .Likewise for Discharge ensuring Sequence .
Maintanence of the Documents such as Crane Logs, Secuence List, Damage Report, Vessel safety report, Short Landed Container list and Over Landed Container list.
Update MDT(Mobile Data Transfer) for live tracking of Container
Conduct a overview guidance to Lashiers, Dowelman and before starting Operation about the Vessel Type, Locks to be used, WorkCage, Reefer Pluggers, OOG and Breakbulk Cargo
Tally the Sequence list wheter the Containers are Discharged/Loaded
Training Certified in DP World Operations’ Training Center

Implement & review all stock loss prevention controls. Implement processes specific to store product/size/ location.
(B) Manage a team including; in store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
(C) Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock & fixture positioning according to brand guidelines. Manage stock replenishment, product launches & promotions.
(D) Ensure store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally according to company guidelines & deadlines.
(E) Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all time. Weekly / daily analysis of commercial reports an implementation of action plans where necessary.
(F) Manage manpower planning according to needs of business.
To manage and ensure the correct receipt of inventories, proper put-away and to pick inventories in a timely manner to support production.
Responsible for the operations of all warehousing, including stock control, movements and security
Responsible for the day-to-day running of warehousing to ensure the efficient usage of goods, proper stock rotation and movement of goods, as well as ensuring security in warehouse.
Responsible for total inventory control management of assigned department and security.
Plan, manage and ensure proper storage of goods and utilization of warehouse space.
Receiving & Issuing of stock.
Conduct physical stock count/reporting for any ordering.
Liaise with various departments on job orders.
Data input for daily and monthly report.
Handling daily warehousing operational activities including receiving, picking, packing and cycle counting while strictly adhere to work instructions, corporate policies and safety standards.
Handing daily shipping operational activities including Delivery order, shipping documentation preparation, domestic transportation and export arrangement.
