Job Profile:
• Maintaining and troubleshooting of Fixed network services (Broadband, TV and Voice).
• Proper tracking of Customer issues through HPSM, Netcracker and siebel.
• Timely resolution or escalation of trouble tickets and proper updates.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of access switches and BDS.
Cisco(ME34), Packet Front ASR, Huawei switches (S33k, S9K), 3com switches, Genband Nortel Server, GPON Technologies( Alcatel lucent, Huawei u2000, Ericsson Entriew) MSAN.
• Configuring access layer devices(pirelli, xavi, Zhone, Tilgin, I3micro and Mediatrix.
• Managing IP address and VLANS.
• Responsible for maintaining Quality of service and meeting the terms and conditions as defined in the service level and agreement (SLA) signed with the business.
• Responsible for supporting Field engineers on site for configuration, troubleshooting of services.
• Responsible for remotely troubleshooting with du customers for home services.
• Maintaining user accounts and user rights assessment.
• Creating and managing users and groups accounts in Active Directory Environments.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows active directory.
• Providing advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment.
• Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
• Responsible to install, setup, maintain network and also configure the peripherals, cabling and equipment’s accordingly as per the requirement.
• Responsible for the maintaining the network and troubleshooting the network related issues.
• Responsible for providing external off site support when needed.
• Maintain system and network security.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
