Overall Responsibility:
 Develop, implement and manage commercial projects for different agencies
resulting in revenue enhancement.
 Conceptualize, develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the
commercial value of assets of Rail, Road, Licensing and Public Transport
agencies.
 Evaluate the feasibility of projects of different agencies from commercial
perspective.
 Develop projects in partnership with private investors/companies.
 Responsible for charting, developing and following up on strategies, regulations
and long-term plans in favor of the roads and transportation.
 Responsible for taking on the tasks of corporate governance of RTA's activities,
and the design of the organizational charts of RTA’s associated agencies and
sectors.
