List down the major maintenance operations and plan for each operation, planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC equipment, maintenance of chillers & AHU, Humidifiers heater type and gas type bending machines, fully automated lamination line for flat glass, autoclave maintenance. Day to day maintenance activities related to control systems and instrumentation in the plant. Also finding materials, vendors/suppliers and quotations for the material which is required for electrical maintenance use and production use …to handle all the purchase works as per requirements and timing. Reporting to Production and planning manager.
To handle all the maintenance related works in the entire plant, to handle third party to make sure the maintenance work are cost effective ..responsible for all the activities related to maintenance and reporting to executive manager operations.!
