I have completed my internship in The Canning industries Cochin Ltd.,Thrissur, Kerala where I assisted in quality checking of different types of fruit based products. I have been to Crust N Crumb Food Ingredients Pvt.ltd, Ernakulam,Kerala where I assisted in analysing the quality of bakery and confectionery.I have completed my project from Banana Research Station, Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, where I have developed banana flour based nutritious instant soup mix.
