• Taking backup of onsite servers into sun or other tape libraries by Symantec VERITAS Netbackup Tool and to monitor backup jobs and restarting or resuming failed backup jobs.
• Installing Patches on servers.
• Tracking tickets raised by Customers and raising Tickets on Behalf of customers for their Datacenter and providing them solution till closure as per the ITIL framework.
• Running Daily Commands related to Unix, monitoring agents running in Batch jobs and handling adhoc requests for chain modification.
• Configuring and managing VLAN, VTP, STP.
• OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and RIP routing protocols
• Configuration & troubleshooting of Dynamic & Static Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF & Static Routes)
