As Section In-charge of Maintenance DTR, I have to maintain following sections/machinery;

Winding It consists of 25 Cu-wire and 04 \{LAE (CNC-Italy)\} Cu-foil winding machines
TR Core Contains 01 CNC Slitting, 02 CNC Cut to length M/C \{LAE (Italy) & SDRI (China)\}
Additionally there are 30 Pneumatic Cutting & Notching Machines

Role & Responsibilities:
To lead a team of Junior engineers & Technicians for executing Preventive as well as
Breakdown maintenance of all plant & machinery in Oracle/ERP based environment
To plan Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of all machinery and ensure its execution
To manage Breakdown Maintenance of all machines through online Maintenance
Monitoring system (MMS) that is an internal SAP based software
To ensure minimum production loss due to machinery breakdown
To reduce maintenance cost by ensuring minimum vendor involvement and ensuring inhouse “Reliability Centered Maintenance”/RCM Strategy
To diagnose/troubleshoot PLC based controlled systems in automatic machinery
Planning & Execution of all kind of new installations in plant premises
To Indent & correspond with Buying Departments for Machinery Parts Procurement
Safety compliance according to defined procedures as per company’s HSE Policy
To make & plan Annual Budget and month wise expense details of entire DTR Plant
To ensure adequate documentation for production & maintenance against Internal &
External/3rd Party (SGS) audits
To ensure smooth running of HVAC system AC’s, coolers, cooling pads, heat exchangers
Ensure proper working of Fire Fighting System, FF Line etc
Ensure smooth running of Generators and Compressors. Plan & execute their overhauling
Ruba-Sez (with Enviro & MY-HK) is a sister concern of HAIER that produces AC, Ref, Washing
machine, Fridge parts for HAIER Pakistan. The departments under my supervision are as under;

To lead a team of junior engineers & technicians, responsible for repair &
maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation systems
Scheduling of maintenance plans & theirs in time execution
Ensure smooth working of all machinery
Ensure store inventory for spare parts of all systems
Record & further plan of repair & changeovers.
Managing new installations in all departments from erection to operation
Designing of plant layouts & designing of mechanical parts on solid edge
Capacity of Power House is above 11 MW having power equipment with different tendencies

Role & Responsibilities:
Plan & execute Preventive Maintenances of all gensets
Plan & Execute Major Overhauling & Turbo-charger Reconditioning of Gensets
Regulate operation of cooling towers and pH of their water
Regulate operation of heat exchangers
Report all the parameters of Power House to Manager on daily basis
Manage store/spares inventory for Power House
Ensure 24 hours running of Power Plant
I completed my B.E Mechatronics & Control Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore during 2004 to 2008. Although I achieved average grades in papers yet I invested a lot of time in taking hands on experience of my labs, practicals and workshops. I possess good strength to handle the matters practically. In parallel, I performed exceptionally in debates, skits and games that enhanced my capacity for a noteworthy performance
