• Estimating overall cost for each phase (FEED, PMC, EPC, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance) of the project
Scheduling, Reporting, Progress Monitering, Monthly cost Report & budget, Invoicing, Plans, and Cash Flow.
• Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
• Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
• Using specialist planning computer software, such as MS Project, Primavera or Expedition
• Updating MS Project Scheduling and making Recovery Plan to achieve the target
• Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
• Liaising with the site personnel throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary
• Preparation of accurate monthly budget updates and projection of final expenditure updates
• Identification of possible cost over-runs before commitment to expenditure
• Making recommendations, and translating results into meaningful actions/programs/processes
• Preparation of reports - monthly progress, cash flow
• Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems
• Making supporting documents for Extra Claim
• Claiming Monthly Progress invoicing
• Attending Client Daily meetings for daily progress
• Estimation for all kind of extra work and Work Orders
Project scheduling, reporting, execution, invoicing, client related responsibilities, work order, estimation etc.
• Handle responsibilities of estimating the costs of production as well as defining the profitability objectives.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Responsible for preparing, presenting and explaining the cost estimations to managers.
• Perform the tasks of retrieving purchasing and logistics input data and integrate the data into the cost estimation program.
• Gather information's on assumptions for all production processes from the manufacturing engineering department.
• Responsible for updating cost estimation results to the project Controller to assure integration of the results into the Business Plan.
• Integrate plant-level input into the cost estimation by confirming cost estimations with the Plant Industrial Engineer and the Plant Controller.
• Responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Handle as well as prepare a list of all costs that were incurred in the project like temporary facilities and other expenses.
