Consultancy services (PMCM) for the completion of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Est. 2, 0 Bill USD).
•Responsibilities:
Provide close assistance to the Program Director with regards to day to day management activities related to delivery and execution of PMCM services for this world class project. Lead multiple delivery teams and work closely with program leadership to assign staff and provide the necessary direction and guidance to achieve and monitor high quality execution of all deliverables, while overseeing cost effective performance to ensure client satisfaction, inclusive of:
Organize project operationally to achieve the highest quality of design and delivery of each deliverable and to achieve the financial objectives of the project.
Supervise and direct Commercial and Contracts, Construction Supervision / Design Consultants / Engineering and Procurement Teams.
Work closely with Department Heads to assign staff and monitor progress and claims.
Direct Project Teams to establish goals and objectives in line with program goals and objectives.
Manage project related Client and Sub-consultant matters.
Mentor/develop staff (emphasis on Saudization targets).
Ensure that program operating policies and procedures are developed, implemented and followed during all phases of a project in accordance with the KAFD Program.
Provide policy direction to the Project Delivery Teams.
Lead the development of strategies in Operational management and efficiency.
Conduct regular review sessions with personnel (hiring/performance and demobilization) and provide guidance for future performance expectations/improvements.
Full Profit & Loss responsibility for the Azerbaijan branch of Neste Oy (PMC/PMO Consultant) in the construction of the SOCAR Ammonia and Urea Complex Project totaling 600 Mill USD.
Responsibilities:
HR and Personnel approvals, specific procurement close-out duties (Vendor) approvals, material reception and Site based verification.
General Contract Management duties including interpretation and advising the Owner on their contractual entitlement under an EPC Turnkey type Project.
Setting up of Final Account Settlement, analysis and recommendation for pending Variation Orders and Claims, attendance and commercial input during Weekly and Monthly meetings.
Management of the preparation, compilation and delivery of Weekly, Monthly, bi-weekly Procurement and other reports required and specifically requested by the Owner on an ad-hoc basis.

The Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base built on reclaimed 4, 5 km2 land in Messaieed. The new Naval Forces Base is constructed on northern side of the entrance channel to the New Port Project (NPP) and will feature approximately 500, 000 m2 of buildings and specialized facilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce administrative procedures for effective and economic performance.
Propose revisions and amendment of all Client and Supplier contracts.
Arrange files of essential contract expenditures to fulfil company and contractual requirements / additional entitlements. Comment on contractual matters (FIDIC Red, Yellow Book and White Book) in all bid invitations to ensure mitigation of risks.
Interpret contractual instruments and recommended improvements to VP and PD.
Assist in compilation and delivery of Weekly updates to Client, PMO organization and major Stakeholders.
Prepare Risk Analysis of bids, Delegations of Authority, Variations, fees/claims analysis of Consultants / Contractor submittals.
Engage in contract negotiations and matters requiring legal and performance interpretation.

Administer Contractor’s construction activities, comparison of performance with Contractor’s records, and identification of discrepancies.
Produce memorandums for Power Purchase Agreements, EPC contracts, and Coal Supply projects to resolve issues.
Develop and implement contract strategy in liaison with the Commercial Department.
Identify and request On-Site HR requirements and management of all BIM coordination issues.
Develop reporting systems/project control, with the help of Primavera 6, by implementing procedures.

Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate and implement Contract agreements and service provision accords with strategic project Suppliers.
Follow-up with previous Cosira Suppliers on status of steel, plate work sections and bought-outs to ascertain status at termination, subsequent valuation and minimization of all resulting delays.
Assess and resolve conflicts, project obstacles and technical issues.

•Responsibilities:
Interpret and manage overall FIDIC Yellow book contract provisions.
Track and register time bar events within ongoing project operations and claims updates.

Implement material handling and reporting structures to minimize stock losses and ensure structured steel deliveries to site based on priority systems.
Strategically execution of ASGI-SA requirements for procurement and training contracts. Systems change management in lieu of new company ownership.

Handled P&L responsibility for Kusile Stockyard Materials Handling Project (ZAR 150 Million).
Controlled all project aspects, incl. commercial, technical, schedule strategy and implemented contract strategy sessions on a monthly basis up until acquisition by Financial Conglomerate.

•Turnkey strategic project and related external works and infrastructure in Northern Region (27 sites) as sub-contractor for Saudi Bin Laden Group - ABC Division, for the MOI.
•Jizan Housing Project (900 residential units) as turn-key sub-contractor for Al Able United Contracting & Main Co. Ltd. for the General Housing Authority (GHA).
•Study and adjudication of the Storm Water Pipeline Project N.3 as a turn-key sub-contractor for Bina Puri Saudi Co. Ltd. for the City Council of Northern Border (Thureif).
•Study and adjudication of the Storm Water Pipeline Project No.5 in Gurayat as a turn-key sub-contractor on behalf of Bina Puri Saudi Co. Ltd. for the City Council of Gurayat.
