Examine procured bidding documents and Contract of Agreements for infrastructure projects (Bridges, Concrete and Asphalt Roads, School Buildings, Multi-Purpose Buildings, Wharfs, etc.) made by and between the Philippines Local Government Units and Agencies and the Accredited Government Contractors.

. Makes report whether the contract amount made was excessive or reasonable in accordance with COA Allowable Cost.
