Front Office Receptionist cum Office Administrator:
• Performs reception duties such as answering telephone calls and making appointments.
• Receives and forwards incoming / outgoing mails (e-mails and courier).
• Filing incoming faxes and emails.
• Schedules meeting in the conference room.
• Notes down the messages and forwarding the same to the respective departments.
• Receives visitors to the office, obtain name, purpose of visit and contact the appropriate staff.
• Maintains staff attendance record and forwarding the summary at the end of every month to the respective Senior Managers.
• Maintains a neat and clean office environment (conference/meeting room).
Customer Service Representative (Call Center):
• Receiving calls from 800-92783 hotline and emails on all types of service-related queries and requests & conveying the same to the Commercial Department and Operations Team to complete the agreement.
• Taking down the various complaints and forwarding the same to the respective departments.
• Faxing and replying to email queries.
• Entering queries/requests to EWMS System
