Testing water sample for contamination in all stages of production to ensure BIS standard. Supervise and perform tests on various microbiological activities on a regular basis. Maintain knowledge on various testing methods and perform all manual operations on various supplies. Perform tests on component samples, identify any contamination and perform analysis for appropriate source for same and initiate corrective actions .Product testing to determine proper sterile conditions. Maintain hygiene practices in laboratory and production premises. Training and supervising technicians in microbiological methods and procedures for routine testing and organism identification and make them aware about quality standards. Develop and documents various microbiology laboratory processes and prepare final reports daily. Fumigating lab premises weekly and maintains records.
