• Job Responsibilities: Overseeing and monitoring overall aspects of warehouse functions like:
 Material Receiving & Checking.
 Co- ordination with QC for material Inspection.
 Material identification, storage and preservation.
 Stores accounting through FACTS inventory module.
 Material Issue to in-house assembly job.
 Dispatch of finished goods & spare parts.
 Preparation of shipping docs. for exporting goods.
 Material indenting & follow-up.
 Preparation of Purchase orders for both local and overseas procurements.
 Ensure effective communication, co-ordination of stock and stores activities between various branch offices in GCC.
 Ensure effective Customer Service
 Periodical physical stock verification of raw materials, W.I.P and finished goods.
 Evaluating warehouse staffs’ performance & efficiency by KPIs.
 Inventory Control by using various techniques like ABC, HML, VED analysis for cost effectiveness.
 Maintaining health & Safety standards,
 Stores co-ordination with Purchase dept. for the smooth flow of inventories to ensure facilitates right materials at right time to its end user.
 Adopting techniques like EOQ, ROL to reduce procurement cost and to avoid stocks outs, and following FIFO for shelf life commodities.
 Controlling & maintaining record for inward and outward movements of sub-contract materials.
 Co-ordination of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) with accounts dept. for processing payments to the suppliers.
 Co-ordination of rejected materials with purchase dept. for taking necessary action with suppliers. .
 Maintaining record for scrap and its disposal.
 Giving timely M.I.S to top management regarding inventory reports, stores activities and staffs performance.
 Ensuring proper housekeeping, material movements and safety measures in work place.
 Monitoring stores functions and maintaining stores documents as per ISO 9001 & 14001 procedures.
