 Familiar with the IS codes NEC (NFPA 70), SAUDI ARAMCO STANDARDS(SAES, SAMSS, SECHEDULEQ, SAIC, SATIP, SABP, SAER, SAIP, SAIR, SAPIP, SAPS, SASD, SAEP, GI, ENG, FORMS, SASO), IEEE, IEC, API, UL, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, AEIC, ICEA, NEMA, NETA.
 Can easily read and understand all types of Electrical Drawings. Also good in making electrical Control drawings, for complicated protection and interlock systems.
 Can independently do installation, testing, commissioning and trouble-shooting of Electrical Equipment including HV Transformers, Relays, CTs, PTs, Panel boards etc.
 Testing of HV Transformers, Relays, MCCBs, CTs, PTs, CBs,
 Co-ordinate project deliverables from different teams, system integration and final testing.
 Failure analysis and problem solving on electrical systems.
 Interacting with Support, Development and Manufacturing to resolve vendor issues.
 Familiar with QA procedures: able to adapt test plans as products evolve.
 Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the electrical trade and of work with high voltages.
 Collaborate with the technical standards group to ensure that engineering design standards, engineering equipment specifications, and engineering construction specifications meet SAUDI ARAMCO regulatory requirements and reflect SAUDI ARAMCO practices.
 Assist engineering groups and operations with control and power systems design and drawing reviews to ensure consistency in designs.
