Execute Planned Preventative maintenance program as assigned, in a timely and efficient manner.
1. Fault find / troubleshoot on breakdowns and take necessary and timely corrective action.
2. Operation & maintenance of HT Switch gears, control system of transformers with OLTC.
3. Maintenance & Operations of ACB, Switch gears, AC Drives, Contactors, Relays, Timers, Different types of Sensors, Solenoids, OLR, MCCB, MCB, ELCB, MPCB, Encoders ..etc.
4. Having good knowledge in PLC, Motor controls & Starters, Electrical wiring, relay circuit, Control panels...etc.
5. Operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators with AMF system.
6. Maintenance and operation of Bakery plant included Mixer, Divider, Moulders, Inter and Final Proovers, Oven, Depano vac, Slicing and Bagging machines...etc.
7. Operation & Maintenance of Compressor, pneumatic control systems, Cooling equipments such as A/c, Chillers...etc, Auto Filling & Packing machines, Auto Crate & Pallet Washing system, Auto Crate Distribution System, Foam seal machines, Shrink and stretch Wrapper machines, Coding machines(V/jet & Domino) .
8. Maintenance of electrical equipments like UPS with Batteries, Hoister, Sealing machines, Bag closers, Weighing equipments, Lab equipments, Vacuum cleaners, etc.
9. Maintenance of Fork Lifts, Hydraulic Dock Levellers and other hydraulic equipments.
10. Handling of EPABX and Intercom system.
11. Monitor all maintenance activities at plant, and take corrective action to maintain a productive environment.
12. To prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all machinery and equipment's and ensure activities are carried out at a zero defect level as per the schedule.
13. To monitor and plan work in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.
14. To carry out basic mechanical repairs and maintenance duties.
