• Study and understand McDonald’s - RICC vision, mission, strategy, department and functions and the organization principles in order to give feedback on any changes on McDonald’s - RICC organization structure
• Analyze the need to maintain, create, delete any functions within McDonald’s - RICC
• Review, maintain and update the department functions and organization charts to meet McDonald’s - RICC corporate strategy
• Analyze the productivity and time spent on jobs and activities to estimate the workload to be handled by particular positions
• Maintain the performance management system and coordinate corrective actions for employee development based on performance rating
• Coordinate the annual bonus process and merit increase according to compensation and benefits framework
• Ensure the implementation of career development program for McDonald’s - RICC’s Departments
• Implement processes and procedures for all phases of talent management such as succession plans, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc.
• Develop communication materials to raise awareness about McDonald’s - RICC’s talent management practices and to ensure that they are utilized appropriately
